OHMYLENS Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer delivery throughout New Zealand, including Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, Queenstown, and other cities and rural areas across New Zealand.

All orders are dispatched from our Auckland, New Zealand local stock.

2. Shipping Fees

Auckland Delivery

Orders of NZ$38 or more within Auckland are eligible for free standard delivery.

For orders below NZ$38, applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Outside Auckland

For delivery outside Auckland, shipping fees range from NZ$5.50–$7.50, depending on the delivery address.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is available for selected locations. Availability and delivery arrangements may vary depending on the delivery address.

3. Delivery Time

Processing Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days are generally dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays will generally be dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

· Auckland: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

· Outside Auckland: Estimated delivery within 2–4 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Method

Courier

NZ Post

Standard Delivery

All standard orders are delivered by NZ Post directly to the customer's nominated delivery address.

Door-to-door delivery is available throughout New Zealand, including major cities and rural areas.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is also available for selected locations.

6. Special Circumstances

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and provide the following information:

· Order number

· Photos of the damaged parcel or product (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue with the courier provider and work towards an appropriate solution.
