OHMYLENS is committed to provide quality products for our customers.

Please CHECK AND CONSIDER CAREFULLY before purchasing our contact lenses.

Please check with an optometrist before using one.

NB: Please note that each individual has different eye conditions.

If you experience any discomfort or allergy when using the products, please stop immediately and wash your eyes with plenty of clean water. If the condition worsens, please consult a General Practitioner.

Due to the intimate nature of the products, OHMYLENS is unable to exchange or refund products that have been used or worn.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our contact lenses, please return them to us in their ORIGINAL CONDITION within 7 days of receipt and we can swap for another item or provide a credit note.
